- Device body is made of stainless steel sheet,
- The cover is double-walled from stainless steel sheet, specially formed in terms of strength,
- It has the possibility of setting the temperature between 60-180°C with a multi-stage thermostat,
- Cooking indirectly with the oil circulating around the boiler with the bain-marie system,
- The boiling temperature of the oil around the boiler (jacket) is above 200°C,
- Water filling (cold/hot) and discharge valves are mounted on the device,
- Safe discharge valve against unintentional opening, specially shaped for the discharge of the cooked material,
- Safety system that automatically cuts off the energy in case of any malfunction (limit thermostat),
- Legs are adjustable stainless steel pipe.
